- He, his wife Sala, daughter Rutka (born around 1936) and son Mojsze (born 1938/1939) lived in Gęsia Street. Their apartment ended up in the ghetto. His parents, Chawa and Naftali Franks, lived with him. In the ghetto, he worked in a tailor's shop, learning to sew on a machine. In the summer of 1942, for a lot of money, he secured ausweis for the whole family from the Toebbensa factory at 16 Gęsia Street. His sister Gołda Rothskin with four children, brother Ignacy with his wife Hanka, who was pregnant, brother Luzer with his wife and a pre-war servant to his parents, Regina, moved to him. Froim and Ignacy made a hiding place in the apartment. The door leading from the dining room to the bedroom was blocked by a wardrobe. They cut a hidden hole in the back of the wardrobe. Winter coats, suits, dresses, etc. were hung densely in the wardrobe. One of the residents had a permanent observation duty at the window. One day Luzer and his wife went to their wife's parents for the Sabbath, they never came back. The rest of the family continued to work in the szop [ghetto factory]. On September 6, 1942, when the Germans called the Jews from the ghetto to register, they appeared in Muranów. Froim was against it, he believed that they should hide. He succumbed to the rest of the family. They found an empty three-room flat on the fourth floor, Wołyńska 3. He suffered from diarrhea. His mother, Chawa, instructed her husband, Naftali, to bring rice for Froim from the daughter of Hela, who was in the hideout on Miła Street. Sister Gołda and her daughter Roma went with her father. During their absence, everyone from the building was displaced and taken to the Umschlagplatz. He, his wife, children and the rest of the family died in Treblinka.
