Bluma and her younger son Sender were separated from her husband and son Harold in the transit camp in Kiełbasin. The attempt to get little Sender out failed — the guards turned the boy back at the gate. Bluma and her son were deported from Kiełbasin to Treblinka and murdered on the day of their arrival.
