He ran a tailoring workshop employing several workers. He was also a Singer agent and sold sewing machines. The family also owned a large shop selling suits and furs. In 1942, after the liquidation of the ghetto and the deportation of most of the family to Treblinka, Abraham and his son Józef were transferred to the forced labour camp in Starachowice (camp no. 2 – Strzelce), where they remained until 1944. They were then deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau, where Abraham died.
