- After her husband’s arrest, she was left alone with five children. She was in the ghetto in Słupia Nowa with her youngest children and her parents. Although she was still young and could have tried to go to forced labour, she refused to leave her young children and elderly parents. She was deported with them to the Treblinka extermination camp.
