- Wojtuś was taken to the Umschlagplatz. His mother tried to save him by asking a Polish friend for help, who went to look for him at Umschlagplatz with a policeman she knew, but to no avail. This is the grave of Tadeusz Scheinwechsler who died in 1938 and the symbolic grave of Tadeusz's son, Wojtuś, 7 years, murdered on August 13, 1942 in Treblinka. According to another account, Wojtuś was shot in the ghetto.
