- He was married to Helena, he had three daughters, Emilia, Pola and Maria and son Bolesław. In 1940 they found themselves in the ghetto. Emilia's friend, Władysława Jasińska, helped them by bringing food. In the summer of 1942, Mieczysław and his wife ended up in Treblinka.
